Peter Brown, General Manager Health

As the General Manager for Health, Peter will lead the health division of the Artius Group to ensure effective and efficient operations in order to achieve business objectives.

Peter’s qualifications range from a Bachelor of Science from La Trobe University, a Diploma of Business from Deakin University to Diploma of Education and Certification in Company Directorship. Across his lengthy career Peter has worked in HR, leadership and commercial management roles in various services and healthcare management businesses for both "for Profit" and "Not for Profit".

Peter is passionate about leading and building teams, driving change and growing businesses.



Chris Dale, General Manager of Strategy & Business Development

Chris has a MBA specialising in Human Resource Management and a Degree in International Business.

Chris is a professional strategic senior manager who is highly skilled in building business relationships, tender writing and managing the roll out of government and service contracts. He has worked extensively as an executive in the employment and vocational training industries in Australia, Japan and the United Kingdom.

Chris has tendered for won and / or implemented successful employment, training and support programs including Transition to Work, Job Active, Work for the Dole, Disability Employment Services, Australian Apprenticeship Support Network, Skilling Queenslanders For Work, Indigenous Advancement Strategy, HR / learning and development and national training packages.


 


Judith Newman, Chief Operations Officer

Judith provides executive management of the Finance, ICT, Facilities and Quality divisions of Artius. Her forte lies in engaging stakeholders to deliver a strucured, strategic responses to meet operational and commercial objectives.

Judith is a Chartered Acountant through CIMA and has an MBA from Deakin University, with 30 years of commercial experience within financial and operational disciplines across "for Profit"and "Not for Profit" organisations.

Judith has a strong commitment to facilitating the shared utilisation of systems, processes and people to apply streamlined solutions that effect positive change and outcomes.


 


Steven Pitkin, General Manager Employment

As the General Manager, Steven is accountable for contractural compliance and performance management of the Artius Employment Services contracts across all Employment Service Areas.

Steven has a strong track record in the Employment Services industry spanning the last 12years, working in management roles for 10 of those years in Federal, State and Local Government contracts.

Steven has a genuine passion for inspiring his team to achieve exceptional performance, in turn assisting Australians to reach their potential by obtaining sustainable employment.
