Group Fitness Sessions
Exercising in a group is a great way to stay motivated, meet people and have some fun while you are getting fit.
It doesn't matter what your health & fitness goals or what level of fitness you are, we have designed a group fitness session that will suit you.
Our group sessions are more like personal training sessions because there are no more than 6 people in any group. That way you won't get lost in a sea of people. The small group sizes means that you have less chance of injury, you exercise more effectively, and you get the results you want faster.
Sessions run six days per week between 6:15 am and 6:30pm. Most Sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour in duration.
Cardio Circuit
If your primary goal is to burn fat and to tone up then this circuit class is for you. A combination of weights, boxing and basic aerobic movements to get your heart rate pumping. Perfect for all fitness levels and abilities.
Stretch & Strengthen
The Stretch & Strengthen Program is a combination of Pilates, Yoga, abdominal and lower back exercises aimed at helping you feel strong, flexible, and prevent injury.
Walking & Running Club
Catering for all fitness levels and all ages, the walking and running club is a great way to get fit. Exercising in a group helps you stay motivated and makes exercising more enjoyable. Enjoy the fresh air whilst under the guidance of your Fitness Consultant to ensure that you get the most out of your workout.
