KEY APPOINTMENT IN GOLD COAST REGION
Paul Hethorn appointed to Regional Manager Gold Coast, at Artius Employment
Fast growing Disability Employment Services Group, Artius Employment today welcomed Paul Hethorn to the role of Regional Manager of the Gold Coast Region. Paul brings a strong pedigree in Disability Employment Services, and a flair for growing offices and teams, and has joined the team in this, their most senior employment role on the Gold Coast.
Paul's empathy for the industry and knowledge of how to provide an efficient, caring service comes from more than 10 years of experience.
Prior to joining Artius, Paul was Employment Services Manager at Open Minds for 4 years delivering Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Services (DES-DMS) and Disability Employment Services – Employment Support Services (DES-ESS) in both generalist and psychiatric contracts. And, earlier in his career Paul opened and managed the Sunshine Coast Centacare Employment office – delivering Job Network, Disability Employment and Personal Support programs.
He has a wealth of knowledge about employment related programs, and how to match people with jobs to ensure the best and most meaningful employment possible. His philosophy aligns directly with Artius Employment and we celebrate his commencement with the team in the Gold Coast.
"Paul Hethorn joins our team after a long search for the right person. As well as having a great track record in Disability Employment Services, placement and mental health services, he also brings a personal level of care that aligns directly with Artius Group's charter to put people first and help people reach their potential. We are overjoyed to have him on board," said Paul Stokes, Managing Director of Artius Group.
