Paul Stokes – Managing Director 

Paul is the owner and founder of the Arius Group of companies.Paul is a qualified physiotherapist and exercise physiologist and has worked in the health and employment industry for over 20 years. Paul’s health industry experience includes roles as a clinician and a manager in fitness centres, public hospitals and private practice.  Paul completed post-graduate management  training which led to positions as the Director of Physiotherapy for two large public hospital physiotherapy departments, and to health service planning roles with both Queensland Health and private health insurer MBF.   Paul’s employment services experience includes 3 years as the national manager of the health division of a large national and international Job Network provider where he lead a multidisciplinary team of over 60 health professionals across four states, delivering health services to long-term unemployed clients.  

Paul founded Artius Health Care in 2004 and has successfully led the organisation to create the Artius  Group, which now employs over 40 staff delivering programs in health and employment services across Brisbane, Ipswich and the Gold Coast. 

Libby Stokes – Operations Manager 


Libby has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Health Administration and has worked in the health industry for 20 years.As Operations Manager, Libby is responsible for all human resources and administration functions. Libby is passionate about helping people reach their potential.  

Sharlene Beikoff - Program Manager

Sharlene has a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology and has experience working within government funded employment services programs including Vocational Rehabilitation Service, Disability Employment Services and Job Network. Sharlene has further experience working in community services and in the private recruitment sector. As the Disability Employment Services Program Manager, Sharlene is responsible for the Ipswich and Gold Coast Disability Employment Services. Sharlene is passionate about working with people in the community to reach their full potential and with colleagues from different disciplines whom share her similar passion to help people reach their potential.

Cassandra Sandison - Regional Manager Health Gold Coast

Cassandra has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Exercise Science, and works at Artius providing clinical services as a physiotherapist and accredited exercise physiologist. Cassandra has been working in private practice for many years and has experience working with clients suffering from spinal conditions, upper and lower limb injuries and acute and chronic pain conditions. Cassandra has a special interest in exercise based therapy and has additional qualifications as a clinical Pilates instructor. As the Team Leader for Physiotherapy and Massage services, Cassandra is responsible for overseeing the delivery of these services across the  Ipswich and Gold Coast offices. Cassandra's goal is to work with the multidisciplinary team to help people take the steps to create positive sustainable changes in their health, helping them to reach their potential.

Jeanelle Gibson- Regional Manager Health Ipswich

Jeanelle is a Registered Psychologist with undergraduate degrees in Human Movement and Psychology, and Honours and Masters degrees specialising in Sport and Exercise Psychology. As a Psychologist, Jeanelle has assisted a range of clients from high-performance athletes to the long-term unemployed. She has worked with state and national sporting organisations, corporate organisations, and individual clients to address a range of issues including: mental skills training; improving health and well-being; and addressing clinical conditions such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress, and Eating Disorders. Jeanelle has been part of our team since early 2009, working in each of the Artius offices as our business has grown. Jeanelle is an energetic leader and passionate about helping people. Overall, Jeanelle's aim is to ensure that our best-practise health services assist as many people as possible to reach their potential.

Peter Jordan- Regional Manager Employment Ipswich


Since 2003 Peter has worked in the employment services industry in a range roles. Having come from a sales background he started off as a Reverse marketer under the Job Network contract. Then moved on to an EC role with a DEN provider.  During a 4 year period he progressed to Senior EC and spent the last 2 years of his time in DEN as a Manager before arriving at Artius in late July 2010. Peter has taken on the role of Team Leader at Ipswich with the goal of ensuring that Artius has a positive impact in the community of Ipswich. He is a firm believer that getting a job brings revolutionary change to individuals, families and the wider community within which they live.
