Our personal trainers are fully qualified and are experts at keeping you motivated and ensuring that you are exercising safely & effectively.
You can exercise in our state of the art facility at Oxenford or our trainers can come to you in your own gym, workplace, home, at the beach, or in the park.
What you can expect
At your first consultation, your consultant conducts a comprehensive health check to identify what your health & fitness goals are, and identify any injuries. We set baseline measurements of strength, cardiovascular fitness, body composition, and flexibility. Your current exercise and diet behaviour are explored and from these assessments your Personal Health Profile is prepared with recommendations for improving your health & fitness.
A Detailed Exercise Plan is designed specifically for you. The plan takes into account your current levels of fitness, previous injuries and illnesses and most importantly your time schedule.
Then, your personal trainer is there with you every step of the way to ensure that you stay motivated and are exercising effectively and safely.
Your personal trainer is available where and when you need them, seven days per week from 5am—8pm. Consultants travel to your home, workplace, or you can access the state of the art facilities at our Centre at Oxenford.
Regular updates, reassessments, and modifications are made to make sure that the plan stays relevant and continues to meet your goals.
