At Artius our Pilates program focuses on development of core strength to help keep the body balanced and provide support for the spine. Pilates exercises teach breath awareness and postural exercises to help strengthen the deep torso and inner abdominal muscles. Regular Pilates practice leads to spinal heath, great body tone and an overall sense of well-being.
