Peter Brown, General Manager Strategy
As the General Manager for Health, Peter will lead the health division of the Artius Group to ensure effective and efficient operations in order to achieve business objectives.
Peter’s qualifications range from a Bachelor of Science from La Trobe University, a Diploma of Business from Deakin University to Diploma of Education and Certification in Company Directorship. Across his lengthy career Peter has worked in HR, leadership and commercial management roles in various services and healthcare management businesses for both "for Profit" and "Not for Profit".
Peter is passionate about leading and building teams, driving change and growing businesses.
Tanya Schmid, Corporate Services Manager
As the Corporate Services Manager, Tanya leads the Artius Corporate Customer Service Specialist team and provides Executive Assistant services to the Managing and Executive Director of Artius Group to ensure the needs and expectations of the organization are consistently adhered too.
Tanya demonstrates high level leadership and management skills, supported with in-depth knowledge and experience of Artius, and coupled with a Diploma of Management she has worked with in numerous roles from Health Administration Manager through to Executive Assistant in a career to date which spans more than seven years at Artius.

Rod Taylor, ICT Manager
As ICT Manager, Rod is responsible for all Information and Communication Technology requirements for the group. This includes managing all vendors that supply ICT services to Artius and leading the internal ICT team.
Rod has more than 20 year experience in IT, including more than 10 years IT Management. He has worked in diverse industries including a Winery, a Performance Driving Centre, Hospitality, Marketing, Financial Services and 3 years as a senior member of Soma IT.
Rod is passionate about ensuring ICT solutions drive opportunities for the business and empower staff to work smarter. He is always looking for ways to make our jobs easier and loves hearing ideas from all areas of the business.
Geoffrey Paul, BCom, BCompt (Hons), CA (SA), Financial Controller
As the financial Controller, Geoff joined Artius in July 2018 as head of finance and brings with him six years’ of experience in commercial roles encompassing oversight of full accounting and reporting function within individual companies as well as group reporting; forecasting and budgetary control; establishment of accounting functions, systems and best practices; underpinned by five years’ experience in external audit with a focus on compliance, best practice and fundamental principles across a multitude of industries.

Briony Cole, Human Resource Manager of Artius Group of Companies.
As HR Manager, Briony is responsible for delivering strategic and operational Human Resources Management, also encompassing Recruitment and Learning and Development.
Briony has over fifteen years’ contemporary Human Resource Management and Training expertise, gained through a varied commercial background
in private-sector, government and not-for-profit organisations. She has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) specialising in
Employment Law and Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training. She is an experienced project lead and change agent with a proven
track record in delivering fit-for-purpose HR solutions to transform process, culture, competencies and technology capabilities.
