Who: Men and women who want to learn how to be kinder to themselves, be confident and assertive, and how to acknowledge their positive qualities
Content: Learn how self-esteem develops, how it is maintained over time and ways in which you can begin to be kinder to yourself
Aims: With the support of this group, you will come to view yourself for the valued and worthwhile person you really are
