Duration: 6 x 1 hour sessions (weekly)
Who:Anybody experiencing stress in their lives, dwelling in the past, worrying about the future and looking to make some changes in their life
Content: This program is based on an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach, and will help you learn skills to effectively deal with painful thoughts and feelings. You will learn how to be present and experience each moment to its fullest. You will be able to explore and clarify what is truly important and meaningful to you and use these values to inspire and motivate positive change
Aims: By developing new strategies to reduce and manage worries and painful feelings you will be able to lead a healthier, happier, and more balanced life
