Artius Continues to Provide EAP to Tweed Shire Council
Artius is excited to announce that we will be continuing to provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to Tweed Shire Council for the next 12 months. The EAP will deliver short-term, solution-focused counselling to Tweed Shire Council to assist them in managing personal and work related issues, improving employee health and wellbeing, and increasing employee productivity. EAPs aim to provide preventive and proactive interventions for the early detection, identification and/or resolution of work and/or personal problems that may affect performance and well-being. Given the busy pace of today’s society and the range of issues and roles that many of us juggle on a day to day basis, these issues could include, but are not limited to, relationships, health, trauma, substance abuse, gambling and other addictions, financial problems, depression, anxiety disorders, psychiatric disorders, communication problems, legal matters and coping with change.
Artius Managing Director, Paul Stokes, said, “Artius is honoured to continue to assist the Tweed Shire Council and their employees reach their potential. Managing mental health is an important part of forming a successful and safe workplace”. Artius has been Tweed Shire Council’s leading EAP provider for the past three years so we look forward to continuing to work with them over the next 12 months.
