Artius is excited to now be providing Bravehearts, Australia’s leading child protection advocate, with our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

The EAP will deliver short-term, solution-focused counselling to the employees of Bravehearts to assist them in managing personal and work related issues, improving employee health and wellbeing, increasing employee productivity and assisting Bravehearts to be an employer of choice.

On average, 217 million workdays are completely or partially lost among workers aged 18-54 due to mental disorders, translating to an annual cost to businesses of $17 billion. Managing metal health in the workplace is recognised as a key component of any business’ risk management strategy so we are excited that Bravehearts has decided to collaborate with Artius in managing this.

Artius Managing Director, Paul Stokes, said, “Artius is honoured to be assisting Bravehearts and  their employees reach their potential. Managing mental health is an important part of forming a successful and safe workplace”.

We look forward to working with Bravehearts over the next year.
