Experience a total health transformation with Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on development of correct posture, spinal and pelvic alignment and strong core whilst building your flexibility, strength and endurance. Regular Pilates practice leads to spinal health, great body tone and an overall sense of well-being.

Clinical Vs. Generic Pilates

Unlike generic Pilates, Artius Clinical Pilates is run by our Pilates-trained Physiotherapists. This allows you to be individually assessed and provided with exercises that target your problem areas and prevent injury by ensuring that they match your ability level.

Having a Physiotherapist deliver Clinical Pilates also provides you with the reassurance that your instructor has a deep understanding of injury management and rehabilitation, ensuring that you avoid injury.

The Artius Difference

Artius Clinical Pilates caters for all levels of experience, age and fitness. We offer 1 on 1 and small group programs that utilise a combination of mat-based and Reformer based exercises. Our group programs have a maximum of 6 participants to ensure that you receive the individual attention required to reach your goals.
We can also offer you tailored, home-based Pilates Programs personalised specifically for you to use at home.

Artius is able to offer our Pilates clients a personalised approach. We don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach. We know that each person’s body, fitness level and injury are different, and our Physiotherapists will tailor your Pilates program to your needs to ensure that you reach your potential.
