What is Remedial Massage and how is it different?
Remedial Massage is a hands on treatment to soft tissue restoring function, relieving pain, decreasing muscle tension and/or spasm to improve physical or athletic performance and promote healing. It can also stimulate circulation and local blood flow. Treatment is specifically tailored to each clients needs to ensure your pain is addressed correctly and ongoing management techniques can be provided to ensure the best result.
Our highly qualified Physiotherapists are trained in Remedial Massage and can therefore diagnose your pain, use massage and other techniques such as joint mobilisation, trigger point therapy and dry needling to help repair damage to soft tissue, muscles, nerve and disc-dysfunction and joints.
Treatment can be soft or deep, gentle or strong depending on your needs and requirements.
