Stepped Care: Low Intensity Mental Health Services

For people with or at risk of mild mental health illness

  • Low barrier referral pathways to improve access (eg self referrals and carer referrals) as well as traditional referral pathways

  • Delivered by local mental health workers, mental health peer workers, and / or mental health professionals that have received specific training in low intensity services

  • Low Intensity CBT (LiCBT)
    • Artius has partnered with Flinders University to deliver evidence
    • 6-8 sessions and follow up
    • Face to face and telephone and video

  • Brief group based CBT and psycho-education services

  • Guided Self Management (online e-health services)

  • Eg Mindhealth connect, eMHprac, Head to Health

  • Active Monitoring - Early intervention if needs increase
