Stepped Care: Psychological Services For Underserviced And Hard To Reach Groups
For people with moderate or severe mental health illness
- Targeted to underserviced groups:
- People living in Rural and Remote Regions
- Culturally and Linguistically Diverse People
- LBGTI community
- Children
- People at risk of suicide
- Women with perinatal depression
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People
- GP and Specialist primary referral pathway but provisional referrals available to facilitate access to services whilst arranging GP or specialist review
- Delivered by qualified Mental Health Professionals, Psychologists, Mental Health Social Workers, Mental Health OTs, Mental Health Nurses, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioners
- Evidence-based psychological intervention, similar to ATAPS program
- Up to 18 individual sessions
- Up to 12 group sessions
- Up to 18 individual sessions
