Artius Provides Employee Assistance for Local Business!
Arius is excited to now be providing local business Envigor Home Care & Seasons Living Australia with our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
The EAP will deliver short-term, solution-focused counselling to the employees of Envigor to assist them in managing personal and work related issues, improving employee health and wellbeing, increasing employee productivity and assisting Envigor to be an employer of choice.
On average, 217 million workdays are completely or partially lost among workers aged 18-54 due to mental disorders, translating to an annual cost to businesses of $17 billion. Managing metal health in the workplace is recognised as a key component of any business’ risk management strategy so we are excited that Envigor has decided to collaborate with Artius in managing this.
